The Crossings is made up of three very popular north Naples neighborhoods - Stonegate, Mill Run, and Heron Pointe. Each neighborhood has its own gate and amenities.
- Stonegate is a luxury estate property with large lots and large homes.
- Mill Run is a beautiful family neighborhood. The developer left as many of the original trees in place as possible which creates a beautiful natural setting.
- Heron Point is the most affordable of the three neighborhoods but homes are rarely available here. People love living in the Crossings.
The Crossings spans a large part of the ultra popular Orange Blossom corridor. This area is highly desirable because of its excellent schools, proximity to shopping and dining, and the beach.
The Crossings sits almost equally close to two beaches - Clam Pass Beach Park (3.4 miles) and Vanderbilt Beach (4 miles).
The Crossings is very close to the Shoppes at Vanderbilt featuring Flaco's Mexican Restaurant, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Sub Zero Ice Cream, Bokampers Sports Grill, and Lucarelli's Pizza. There are also boutique shops and workout centers here. Another popular restaurant near The Crossings is the Original Pancake House.
