Lake Park is a fun and eclectic neighborhood just north of Olde Naples, situated between Goodlette-Frank Road and US41. The streets are lined with huge trees and it always feels good to drive through Lake Park. Homes here range from original 1950's homes to mid-century modern ranches that have been completely renovated, to newly constructed custom homes. The general atmosphere in the neighborhood is that everyone knows each other and it's a front-porch friendly kind of place.
Lake Park is a short bike ride or stroll to the beach, and often on weekend you will see big groups of people walking to the beach with their coolers and beach chairs from Lake Park. Lake Park is also across the street from the Naples Zoo, just south of Coastland Center Mall, and very close to the Naples Community Hospital. The location can't be beat.
The schools are stellar and all have excellent ratings. There is a very popular elementary school - Lake Park Elementary - located in the neighborhood so children that live here walk or bike to school. The middle school is Gulf View Middle and Naples High School sits just to the north of Lake Park.
