Port Royal is world renowned for its 500 luxury waterfront estates. Most of the homes in Port Royal have direct beach front water access, or deep water bay access with no bridges to the Gulf of Mexico. This is a boaters dream neighborhood and it's not uncommon to see 100 foot + yachts parked behind the estate homes here. This neighborhood is bordered by Gordon Pass to the South, and Naples Bay to the east. Aqualane Shores is the neighbor to the north.
There is no home owner's association in Port Royal. Residents of Port Royal are eligible for club membership at the notable and private Port Royal Club. The club is considered to be one of the most exclusive in the United States. It offers dining options, 425 feet of white sandy beaches, an Olympic sized swimming pool, a tennis center and resort style service.
Port Royal is a short golf cart ride from the boutique shopping, galleries and restaurants on Third Street South. Popular stores here include Marissa Collections, Gattle's, Tickled Pink and Sara Campbell. Third Street South hosts one of Naples' most popular farmers markets every Saturday morning.
During the Holidays there is a big tree lighting on Third Street South complete with Santa, live music and faux snow.
